 教育培訓中心是中華人民共和國人力資源和社会保障部的直属事业单位,承担着全国人力资源和社会保障系统干部培训、企业管理人员培训以及职业技能培訓三大职责。

在部黨組的領導下,經過近三十年的努力,教育培訓中心各項工作取得了長足的發展。我們打造了一支專業人員隊伍,在培訓領域不斷探索前進,形成了優質、高效、一流的培訓品牌。目前,實現中華民族偉大複興的中國夢和社會主義核心價值觀深入人心,教育培訓中心將以創新、協調、綠色、開放、共享的發展理念爲戰略指導,推動教育培訓工作科學化、規範化開展。

人力資源是第一資源,人才戰略就是強國戰略。不斷推進和深化教育培訓機制體制創新,提高培訓質量,是提高人力資本質量的重要手段,是落實人才強國戰略的重要步驟,在新常態下,我們爲創新人才培養、使用、引進、評價、激勵保障機制建立廣闊的平台。創新驅動,實際上是人才驅動,人才的發展需要加強教育培訓工作。我們的著眼點和落腳點是服務于全國人力資源和社會保障系統幹部隊伍建設;服務于人才結構戰略性調整,做大做強各種層次的崗位技能人才培訓。爲此,我們致力于優質品牌創建,其定位和方向是有利于貫徹落實“四個全面”戰略布局和五大發展理念,有利于提高人社系統幹部隊伍素質,有利于促進大學生和特殊群體就業創業、提升在職人員崗位能力、服務産業轉型升級、科技創新推廣應用、改善人民群衆生活品質,有利于在人力資源開發管理領域發揮先導和示範引領作用。

Center of Education and Training (hereafter abbreviated as CET) is a subordinated institution under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (hereafter abbreviated as MOHRSS) of the People’s Republic of China, providing training programs for the government employees in the field of human resources and social security, training programs for enterprise staff engaged in human resources management, and vocational skills training.

Under the direction of the Leading Group of the Ministry, CET has obtained great development. We have built a professional team, exploring the way forward in the training field and forming quality, high-performance and first-class brands. Now, the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the “core socialist values” are deeply rooted among the people, CET will have the development ideal of innovation, coordination, green development, opening up and sharing” as strategic guidance, promoting normalization and standardization of the education and training undertaking.

Human resources are the primary resources, talent strategy is the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development. Propelling and deepening the innovation of education and training institutions and mechanisms continuously and promoting the training quality is great means to raise human capital quality and great step to implement the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development. In the new normal, we set up broad platform for innovation talent cultivation, talent deployment, talent introduction, talent appraisal, and incentive- incentive-security mechanism. Innovation-driven in essence is talent-driven. Talent development needs to strengthen education and training. The starting point and the foothold of us is to deliver service for the capacity building of the government employees in the field of the Human Resources and Social Security nationwide, for the strategic adjustment of talent structure and making the different levels of occupational training bigger and stronger. Therefore, we are committed to set up excellent training brands that are pitched on the benefit of carrying out the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy” and the five development ideas, the benefit of promoting the comprehensive qualities of the government employee in the field of the Human Resources and Social Security, the benefit of facilitating employment and entrepreneurship of the undergraduates and special groups to employment, promoting the position ability of the on-the-job person, transformation and upgrading of the service industry, popularization and application of the technical innovation, improving people’s quality of life, the benefit of being the forerunner and playing a leading role in the field of human resources development and management.

In the decisive stage of finishing building a moderately prosperous society, we will fully carry out the Party’s guidelines and policies, constantly promoting modernization of the country's governing system and ability. We insist on development is the prior task, strengthening the education and training work of the government employees in the field of the Human Resources and Social Security and promoting their comprehensive qualities, forming leading training model in sophisticated talent. We insist on key point of work for “people’s livelihood-centered, talent priority”, carrying out our duties, playing a good role in actively conducting various training activities in an open and competitive environment according to the mandates by MOHRSS, insisting on the public welfare of education and training, making more contribution in employment promotion, perfection of the social security systems, construction of socialist harmonious society, the realization of the “Two Centenary Goals” and realization of the Chinese Dream of the Great Rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation.
